The Rolling Stones plan to kick off the 16-city trek on April 28 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, according to their tour announcement Tuesday, Nov. 21. They will make stops in places like Las Vegas, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Vancouver, and Los Angeles, before wrapping up the tour at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on July 17.
