A Bodybuilder On A Carnivore Diet Eats A Block Of Butter A Day

Jonathan Griffiths, 28, has been eating a completely animal-based diet for the last four years. He eats 700g of meat, half a litre of raw milk, 100g of cheese and four eggs a day. He avoids any fruit and vegetables and credits the diet for making him “stronger” and improving his health.
