Evacuation Centers

The following evacuation centers are open in response to the Kincade Fire. All evacuation centers are small animal friendly. No identification is needed to stay at an evacuation shelter, and Government Agencies, such as ICE, do not have access to the shelters. English and Spanish-speaking staff will be there to make these safe, supportive places for all.

  1. Marin County Fairgrounds– Opens for evacuees and their small animals at 8am on Sunday, 10/27. People can go there and park prior to 8am and wait.
  2. 10 Ave. of the Flags, San Rafael
  3. Napa Valley College– Now accepting evacuees
  4. 2277 Napa Vallejo Hwy, Napa, CA 94558
  5. CrossWalk Community Church Napa– Now accepting evacuees
  6. 2590 1st St Napa, CA 94558
  7. Alameda County Fairgrounds– Accepting large animals
  8. 4501 Pleasanton Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566
  9. Sonoma County Fairgrounds –At capacity, please go to one of the other shelters
  10. 1350 Bennett Valley Rd, Santa Rosa
  11. Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Building –At people capacity, please go to one of the other shelters

  13. Petaluma Veterans Building –No empty beds, but can be a meeting point for evacuees

  15. Petaluma Community Center –At capacity
