The trick is to look at the value of each piece of fruit as opposed to the entire fruit bunch.
A single banana=1
And a half coconut=1
The top line clearly identifies an apple as being equal to 10, but then in the next line an apple is placed with two groups of bananas.
A bunch of bananas is coupled with two half coconuts in the next line and so on.
The final answer is 14!!
