Have you ever been on a BART train in in the Bay Area and seen someone who has NO business sitting in the priority seating seats (adjacent to the door)? The priority seats are reserved for people with disabilities but you ALWAYS see people that shouldn't be sitting in those seats, sitting there, oblivious to the world!
BART recognizes that it's a problem so they have started replacing the fabric on the existing priority seats with a bright yellow fabric that they hope will serve as an additional reminder to passengers that those seats are reserved!
