You can now transport wine for free on Alaska Airlines!

If you’ve ever traveled somewhere and stumble upon a wine that you like and you think “I’d really love to bring a case of this home but I don’t want to have to pay to bring it on my flight home.”

Alaska Airlines has become very wise to the dilemma and they are now waiving the fee that you would usually pay to transport your wine on their planes.

It’s called “Wine Flies Free” and basically if you board a flight out of certain airports across the country, they will transport your wine for free.

For all of those friends and family members that you have that come to the Bay Area from out of town and do some wine tasting here, they are in luck as Oakland, SFO, San Jose, Monterey and Sacramento have all been added to the list.

Now boarding rows Chardonnay through Pinot Noir. Wine flies free from 29 West Coast cities. #MostWestCoast #NationalDrinkWineDay #travel #wine #AlaskaAirlines #iFlyAlaska #WFF #WestCoast #vineyard #SanDiego
