The alarms are going off this morning as rumors are swirling that Facebook could be keeping track of your phone calls and text messages on your cell phone!
It all depends on what kind of phone you have and what you have set up in your profile.
If you use Facebook Messenger or Facebook Lite on Android, you could be at risk.
Here's how to tell if your phone calls and text messages may have been tracked:
Open your Messenger app on your Android phone.
Click your profile picture.
Click on "people".
Make sure "sync contacts" is off. If it is on, then you have (unknowingly?) opted in.
