A house in Poets corner in Berkeley went on the market and Natan Kuchar and his wife were informed that not only were they $20,000 under the top bid but that the owner was looking for something more than just a monetary offer. They wanted something creative.
So Natan and his wife not only sent the homeowner a "love letter" saying how much they love the house and want to buy it, but Natan who is a music teacher at a local high school sang Crosby Stills and Nash's "Our House" and sent them the video!
Spoiler alert: It worked!!
