L.A. Libraries Are Doing Something Really Genius Regarding Kids Late Fees!

Los Angeles libraries are trying something new when it comes to late fees on books for kids and we LOVE this idea! 

Anyone under the age of 21 can pay off their balances by reading more. 

Kids can work off $5 per hour of reading in the library and it's already seen GREAT results! They are calling it their "read away" policy!
