If you are driving anywhere on or near the Golden Gate bridge next week and you happen to see random workers climbing and swinging on ropes on the bridge, we want to tell you now, ahead of time, that they are supposed to be there!
Bridge crews are going to be doing VERY detailed inspections of the bridge next week to make sure that things are where they should be and in good working order.
In the past, crews have used binoculars to inspect the Golden Gate bridge but this time around, they are doing what they call "arms length inspections" where they REALLY get up close and personal.
