The American Heart Association opened two CPR kiosks at Oakland International Airport on Monday to offer awaiting travelers five-minute training sessions.
Each kiosk will show an instructional video and practice session with a 30-second test in either English or Spanish with closed captioning.
The kiosk will train people to call 911 and perform CPR by pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest at 100 to 120 beats per minute until help arrives. A practice mannequin will then give participants feedback about their technique.
