Former airline pilot Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger has sold his Danville, Calif. home for $1.652 million.
The home is 3,409 square feet, it has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has modern interiors, a pool and an outdoor kitchen among many other amenities.
You'll remember that Sully captured the world’s attention by safely landing a U.S. Airways jet on the Hudson River in New York after a bird strike disabled the engines. Sully essentially saved the lives of all 155 passengers aboard.
