It's a 1,152-square feet houseboat with two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms.
The home's ownership was verified by the actor, who tweeted on Wednesday that he (as a teenager), his father, and his stepmother Frances "lived on this from '73-'76."
It has since been painted, carpeted, and refurbished "especially for the water-loving buyer," and is listed for $600,000.
