If you are one of those people (and there are a lot of us) that have sleep issues at night, whether you can't go to sleep or once you're asleep you wake up a bunch of times or maybe you just don't have time to sleep, there is a new report out that tells us EXACTLY how much sleep we need every night.
The US National Sleep Foundation says the ideal amount of sleep for adults is 7-9 hours a night. 8 -10 hours for teenagers. Younger children need more sleep and babies require about 17 hours per day. They also warn you that too much sleep for adults could be considered unhealthy but when was the last time you talked to someone that complained that they got too much sleep?
