Stevie Nicks' 1983 song "Stand Back" was apparently born from Stevie listening to Prince's "Little Red Corvette" while driving.
She said she was singing along, going, ‘Stand back!’ and immediately got off of the freeway and bought a tape recorder to record it.
Later, Stevie went into the studio and recorded it. She called Prince, told him she was at the studio and to come down, figuring there was NO way Prince would come down and to her surprise, he said "Yeah, I'll be right down."
Prince listened to it, went to a keyboard and started adding parts to what is now "Stand Back." He was there for about an hour, hugged her and then left!
