Today Is "Black Wednesday." Be Extra Careful On The Roads!

'Black Wednesday' is the day before Thanksgiving and it has nothing to do with shopping. 

Instead, it's the most dangerous day of the year for students and youth to drive. 

States across the country will see an increase in car crashes, DUI arrests and deaths due to drunk and drugged driving. 

Law enforcement agencies are urging everyone on the roads to follow the law.

For those who will be drinking, use a designated driver.
