What Experts Are Now Saying About Drinking 8 Glasses Of Water A Day!

Around 60% of the human body is made up of water so it is probably a good idea to drink a healthy amount of H2O on the daily.

That being said, it turns out that the directive of drinking “8 glasses a day” is advice that dates back to 1945 and has no medical basis.

The new directive is to “drink when you are thirsty unless you’re outside and it’s a hot day or if you are elderly then you should drink more.”
