Peanut butter lovers rejoice! A new pump has been invented for those that have a hard time getting all the peanut butter out of the jar, so whether you’re using it for celery or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you can now get all the peanut butter out of the container.
Andy Scherer created the peanut butter pump in 2017 and it now can be found on Indiegogo. The pump fits most 40 ounce containers of peanut butter and it scrapes the sides of the jar as you use it so by the time you’re done you have a clean jar that can be recycled.
Another cool thing about the peanut butter pump is that it has measurements on it so you don’t use too much (but we’re sure you won’t be needing that) and you have a choice of two nozzles, a ribbon or a stream one.
Scherer started a crowdfunding campaign in February so that he can raise money to start producing the pump by August. As of right now, he's raised $20,000 and has 29 days left to reach his goal.
