It’s been 30 years since Like A Prayer debuted on MTV.
Pepsi gave Madonna a $5 million endorsement deal but the commercial, which featured visuals of her "Like A Prayer" video, proved too controversial for religious groups. The song, however, was a chart-topper for the singer.
Madonna is currently working on new music with the producer of her American Life album, Mirwais, a new release is set for this Summer and a world tour to follow.
