California Legal Blood Alcohol Limit Could Change To .05%!

California lawmakers are considering a bill that would lower the current blood-alcohol limit from .08% to .05%.

AB-1713 is also known as Liam's Law which was named in honor of 15-month-old Liam, who was killed by a drunk driver in 2016.

Commercial drivers in California already must adhere to the .05 rule. 

There are 100 countries that currently have 0.05 BAC laws. 

Utah is the only other state that has adopted a lower BAC limit for all drivers.
