It's not every day that the CEO of a car company gets personally involved following a breakdown. But we're also not huge celebrities.
On Wednesday, Sheryl Crow got stuck in a parking lot, unable to get the screen inside her Tesla to work. So she turned to Twitter, asking, "Help! Who knows what to do when your @Tesla screen goes black and the reset doesn't work? Return it and get your money back??"
While over 5,600 followers offered suggestions, one of them was Elon Musk himself, who advised the solution.
Happy to be on her way, Crow replied to Musk, "Might I suggest adding some screen controls to the app so that you're not stuck when the screen goes black?"
