Small Central Valley Town Sees Housing Boom Thanks To Bay Area Commuters!

The small Central Valley town of Livingston in Merced County has seen a HUGE boom in housing thanks to Bay Area commuters.

Livingston homes are $300,000 on average.

The Mayor says they are building about 20 homes a month because so many Bay Area commuters like the affordability of the homes. They said they will keep building until there isn't any more room.
