Mizkan America Inc. has issued a voluntary recall for some varieties of Ragu pasta sauces, saying in a press release that they may contain fragments of plastic.
Consumers should look for a code on the jars' yellow cap, as well as the jars' Best Use By dates, to determine if products are included in the voluntary recall.
The recalled sauces:

- Best Use By Date: JUN0620YU2
- RAGÚ® Old World Style Traditional, 66 oz.

- Best Use By Date: JUN0420YU2
- RAGÚ® Old World Style Meat, 66 oz.
- Cap code: JUNE0520YU2
- Best Use By Date: JUN0520YU2
All of the sauces were produced June 4 to June 8. Consumers can contact Mizkan America's customer service hotline at 800-328-7248 to receive a coupon for a replacement product.
