A Cup Of Coffee A Day Will Help Keep The Pounds Away!

Could a cup of coffee a day help you burn calories? Maybe.

A study from the University of Nottingham suggests drinking a cup of joe could activate fat-fighters inside your body.

Coffee might help stimulate the brown fat cells that help us burn calories faster. 

The research is still in the early stages because only nine people took part in the study.
