What You Should Set Your Thermostat At For Good Sleep At Night!

For an optimal night of sleep, sleep experts are saying you should set your thermostat in your home between 60-67 degrees F while you snooze. According to research, if the temperature falls below or climbs above that range you’re more likely to toss, turn, and generally get worse sleep.
