Bay Area Traffic Might Be Killing This Popular Roadside Stand.

Maria Tsousis is the owner of the Yolo Fruit stand off of I-80 in Davis and she is concerned that frequent congestion on the highway will force her to close her stand.

The constant traffic along that stretch of the highway is "driving customers away." With gridlock, especially in the afternoon, some customers are skipping the fruit stand where they may have once stopped for their produce needs knowing it could add significant drive time merging back onto the freeway afterward.
