Like many other stores during the coronavirus pandemic, Jason has seen his share of panic buying at his Grocery Outlet. He said that he is constantly getting phone calls and emails from customers asking about various products and how much of each he has in stock. Take that and add to the fact that he is one of the people that is responsible for stocking the shelves and handling customer service as well and you've got one busy guy!
Here's where the "genius" part comes in. Jason did a Facebook Live one day on his store Facebook page and took a trip down the aisles to show his customers what was in stock at that very moment. The response was so good on his video, that he did it again, and again, and....Now it's a regular thing.
