There is currently a 5 alarm fire burning in San Francisco on Folsom at 13th St. near South Van Ness. This is an auto body shop that caught fire around 7am and the fire spread to 4 other buildings in the area. The fire is only 15% contained (as of 8:45am) and all streets in the area are closed.
We are getting word that embers from the fire are making their way onto the freeway. Avoid the area if you can.

Southbound 13th St. shut down
South Van Ness shut down.
13th St. between Folsom and South Van Ness shut down.
