Target just announced a new round of bonuses for their employees.
On Monday the retailer revealed that more than 350,000 workers will be paid a bonus of $200 ahead of the holiday shopping season. The total cost to Target will be more than 70 million.
Back in July Target raised its starting wage to $15 an hour, which impacted 275,000 employees.
