Are you one that struggles to fall asleep?
A majority of Americans say that they have trouble falling asleep about three nights a week. There are plenty of reasons. Worries about personal stuff, being too hot, worrying about work are the things that keep people from getting the recommended seven to eight hours of sleep.
On average, Americans only get six hours and 23 minutes of sleep in a typical night, and it takes them about 26 minutes to nod off.
Oh, and people who sleep in the buff report a higher quality sleep.
