Rogan is a 5-year-old miniature Australian shepherd from Alberta, Canada who learned how to paint by holding a brush in his mouth. His paintings have garnered so much attention that people are buying them for $30 each.
All proceeds go to animal rescue groups and so far he’s raised more than $1,000.
