U.S. Swimmer Anita Alvarez was rescued by her coach after fainting in the pool at the FINA World Aquatic Championships in Hungary. The 25-year-old had just completed her performance in the women's solo free routine competition when she started to sink. In harrowing images from the moment, her coach, Andrea Fuentes, can be seen jumping into the water fully clothed to save her.
