We’ve all been enjoying this warm Bay Area weather and you might be thinking, “Man, it’s so nice to have winter and the rain behind us” but….we are not quite done. As a matter of fact, we are about to get a storm so big here in the Bay Area that forecasters are saying we could get more than an entire month's worth of rain during the three day storm!
The rain will come in Thursday and will clear out by midday on Saturday. A lot of people refer to this sort of storm as the ‘Pineapple Express as it is coming from Hawaii and it’s more common in the winter months. On a scale from 1 (weak) to 5 (exceptional), the National Weather Service says this storm will be a category 3 or category 4.
