Two days after Gretchen Piscotty died from Lou Gehrig's disease, her son Stephen was back in the lineup for the Oakland A's.
When Stephen approached the batters box, he was given a warm round of applause from everyone in the stadium...the kind of applause that will warm your heart. Stephen, understandably, got emotional.
Stephen, our hearts go out to you and your family and we are so glad that you have such wonderful support from the A's and Major League Baseball and your fans alike.
