Tuesday night, the top of the Salesforce tower became even more visible to much of the Bay Area, thanks to a brand new light display.
Unfortunately, the fog was so thick that fireworks fired from the top of the tower weren't visible.
There are 11,000 LED lights on the top of the tower!
San Francisco artist Jim Campbell created the light display, which features moving images from photos taken around the city.
The tower is the tallest building west of the Mississippi!
