Oakland Woman Delays Sale Of Her $1M Apartment To Benefit Campfire Victims.

An Oakland woman who flips houses for a living has a fully renovated apartment that was on the market for $1 million that she got an offer for but instead decided to take the apartment off the market and offer it up to a family that was a victim of the Camp Fire move in and stay for free until they get on their feet.

Sure enough, a family took the woman (Caryn Kramer) up on her offer.

They moved in the day after Thanksgiving and have been their since. The family says they plan to relocate to the Bay Area permanently. They are going to buy a house in Emeryville.

By the way, Caryn Kramer (who owns the apartment) donates a portion of each sale from the homes that she flips to Haiti through a non profit that she runs calls "Flipping for Humanity."
