Finally some great news for the people of Guerneville. Officials are hoping to lift evacuation orders later today as the Russian River continues to recede.
Guerneville has been a virtual island since the river crested at 46 feet Wednesday night.
Thirty teams of inspectors will check for structural damage, then give the OK for people to return to their homes.
