Jack Kulp and Carolyn McArdle talked to David Lesh, the pilot of the plane that went down in the ocean just outside of Half Moon Bay on Tuesday.
David walked away scratch free with his passenger after a really dangerous water landing.
David's friend Owen was flying a plane next to him and was able to call the Coast Guard for help. They were flying from Colorado to the Bay Area to take some photos of the Golden Gate Bridge and other Bay Area landmarks. David is a really accomplished photographer. You can see his work, here.
