Bobbe Greenberg Won Her 2nd Ironman Triathalon At 73! Listen To Her Story!

Bobbe Greenberg just won her second Ironman Challenge….at 73 years old! The Ironman entails a 2.4 mile swim in the choppy ocean waters, a 112 mile bike ride and a marathon (26.2 mile) run.

Bobbe trains at least 15 hours a week for her races!

In order to qualify for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, you have to win another Ironman race. She has raced 14 full Ironman races (140.6 miles) and has won/qualified 9 times!

Fun fact: At this year's race, sheI set a new course record for her sub-5 hr. marathon run.

In her last Ironman, she defended her World Championship title in her age group!

Jack and Carolyn talked to Bobbe about her training and what advice she would give to those of us who are, ahem, less active. Listen below...
