Here’s great news for fans of Charles Shaw wine at Trader Joes. Better known as “Two Buck Chuck”, the wine sold for $1.99 a bottle until 2013, when the price went up to an "outrageous" $2.49. Well, TJ’s has brought the price back down $1.99, and people are thrilled.
The price break is due to Charles Shaw making some packaging improvements. Using, in their words, “less glass and cork”.
