As most people in the Bay Area are following the shelter-in-place orders and staying home, there are a few that are still going out not observing the rules.
Walnut Creek police have sort of shifted their focus as their typical calls for crime have reduced, they are getting calls from people who are snitching on their neighbors and others that they see out and about, not observing the rules.
Just this past weekend, Walnut Creek police went to Heather Farm Park and talked to a couple of guys playing tennis, a group that was too close at the park, and a few other "violators."
