The Nevada Gaming Control Board has given restaurants inside casinos the go-ahead to re-open but there are some rules, which more than likely, casino restaurants will find hard to follow.
Some of the rules include a separate entrance to the restaurant must allow customers to enter without having to walk across the gaming floor, same for bathrooms, there must be access to bathrooms without patrons walking through the casino.
If a casino will open in an area where the population exceeds 100,000, the restaurant must make sure customers won’t congregate outside of the restaurant before or after dining.
Some may opt to wait until the casinos themselves reopen. Restaurants outside of the casinos were able to offer dine-in services on May 9th.
