Robert Lamm from one of our favorite bands on the Breeze, Chicago, called into the studio today to talk to Jack Kulp and Carolyn McArdle about a song he recently wrote called "Everything Is Gonna Work Out Fine." It is a song of hope as the country begins to bounce back from the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Robert co-wrote the song with Jim Peterik (The Ides of March, formerly of Survivor and of 38 Special fame).
Robert wrote SEVEN of the songs included on Chicago's first album, “Chicago Transit Authority” ("Beginnings," "Poem 58," "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?," "Questions 67 & 68," "Listen," "South California Purples" and "Someday"). Additional Chicago songs written or cowritten by Robert include: "25 or 6 to 4," "Wake Up Sunshine," "Dialogue," "Saturday in the Park," "Another Rainy Day in NYC," "Getaway."
