You see it every day. Someone wearing a mask that is either well under their nose or on their chin, or in Carolyn McArdle's case, over their eyes!
Experts say that wearing a mask around your chin or off to the side is the worst way to do it.
Good news: In states that require masks, compliance is pretty good, it's up 70 or 80 percent!
