It sucks to see another store close its doors. JCPenney plans to permanently close their Sunvalley Mall store in Concord. The Concord stores is one of 13 closures that were announced.
JcPenney previously annouced 136 store closures on June 17. Liquidation sales at most closing store locations will begin on July 3rd.
