In Lodi, a man in a wheelchair got stuck on railroad tracks just as a train approached at high speed.
Thank goodness for Lodi police officer Erika Urrea. She was able to pull the man off the tracks just in time. In fact, the train brushed the man’s leg. The man was taken to the hospital, and he’s OK.
