It’s an early Thanksgiving present from Southwest Airlines.
The airline will be leaving the middle seats open until the end of November. They’re also adding thousands of flights to in-demand destinations. Passengers can still choose their seats and sit with their travel partners.
Southwest’s original plan was to begin to filling middle seats on October 31st. That’s when Alaska Airlines will begin filling middle seats. JetBlue will do the same on October 15th.
