Firefighters EVERYWHERE are doing lots more than fighting flames.
A group from the Alameda County Fire Department went outside of what most people would think is their job description, to help a trapped hawk. It happened at a gas station in Newark where a report came in saying that a hawk was trapped in some metal netting there. They took care of the rest.
