An iconic Bay Area donut shop is reopening soon.
Ironically, they didn’t close because of the pandemic. They closed last year to relocate, but the pandemic delayed their reopening. Donut Savant was located on Broadway in Oakland, but they’re reopening this month at their new location on 38th in Oakland.
Donut Savant kept their employees on the payroll for the duration. But instead of making donuts, the staff was sawing and hammering to build their new store at 3000 38th in Oakland. We can't wait. And they're hiring!
