Steph and Ayesha Curry seem to be constantly looking for ways to help out the Bay Area. Here’s another example:
Tee Tran owns Monster Pho restaurant in Oakland and Emeryville. Well, Tee’s businesses have been hit hard by Covid-19, and he had to close one of his locations. Business has dropped 75% since the pandemic hit, and has come close to losing his home. But through it all, Tee still finds ways to help others. For example, he still provides free produce to seniors.
The Curry’s came to Tee’s rescue by presenting Tee with a $25,000 check. Steph said "He hits the ground every morning with gratitude and finds a way to keep pushing," he said. "And I love that spirit. It’s something I want to embody as well."
"We love what a bright light you are," Ayesha Curry added.
